STEP 01
 
Choose a session date
Click any “Book Now” or “Book a Session” link to select your package and choose your preferred date and time. You can also contact me through any of my social media channels or via the Contact Us page on the website to setup a session.
STEP 02
 
Onboarding and Retainer
After selecting a date and time for your session, a retainer is required to hold your spot. The retainer is 50% of the total package price. This includes any promotional pricing, but does not include add-ons such as prints or canvases if those were discussed prior to invoicing.
At this stage, you will also sign the contract and complete a questionnaire so I can get to know you better and what you’re looking for from your session. After that, you’ll receive a welcome packet with information about me and my team, along with helpful tips on what to expect before, during, and after your session.
STEP 03
 
Picture time
Then comes picture day. I typically arrive on site earlier than the scheduled session time to scout the location, plan a few shots, and make sure there are no issues. If a general location was chosen but not a specific spot, I’ll contact you on the day of your session with the exact location about an hour before your start time.
Once we meet, I’ll put on some music and we’ll jump into a few simple games to get you laughing and comfortable. The goal is to keep things relaxed and fun while capturing genuine smiles and creating great photos.
STEP 04
 
Delivering photos
After the session, you’ll receive a proof gallery with lightly edited images that give you a clear idea of what to expect from your final photos, excluding advanced edits such as special filters, masking, color grading, and heavier retouching.
You’ll select the photos included in your package and have the option to purchase additional images if you’d like. Once your selections are made, the final images are added to my editing queue and delivered once editing is complete.
